A "SERIES" demand is a request with minimum of 5 identical missions, ADHOC conditions can be applied but can also be changed depending of the volume.

The research and the provision of a supplier for a minimum duration of 2 hours in the language requested.

The sending of an email (the one registered in your account) outside office hours, if an event may prevent the smooth running of the mission.
Telephone support outside open office hours (from April to September inclusive, Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6:30 pm, and from October to March inclusive from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5pm).
All the extras like transport or lodging, are at your charge, except if stated with us before.
We do not take care and/or do not purchase tickets, neither we book a “right to speak” (except exception, see point 10 of the sales conditions).
"Licensed Tour Guide" : patented professional leading tours on site, monument or in a museum, in a chosen language, in order to help to discover the attractions of a cultural or natural heritage.
“Non Licensed Tour Guide” : non licensed professional that lead external sightseeing tours.
“Tour Leader” : professional licensed or not, for coaching technical, linguistic and logistical… over a long period (+4 hours of mission, or circuit including a hotel night minimum).
“Assistant” : professional licensed or not inserted for the technical, linguistic and logistical framework on short term…(coaching stations, airports, hotels…).
“Non Licensed Driver Guide” : professional with his own vehicle, with a transport license, but not licensed.
“Licensed Driver Guide” : professional with his own vehicle, with a transport license, as well as the tour guide card.
NIGHT SHIFT supplement : +50% on the hour rate from 23.30 to 6.30.
TAXI supplement real cost from 23.30 to 6.30.
DOUBLE LANGUAGE and DOUBLE TOUR MISSION supplement +30%.
The 1st of January and the 1st of May supplement of 100%.
Travel costs calculated at real, based on a second class of common transport, or by car at 0.5€ per km.
Lunch/dinner break for mission from 5H and more, 20€ excluding taxes if free meal.
Minimum of 30% of supplement for any request outside the common or too specific or too technical.
Headset system = 3€/pers compulsory for groups over 35 people).

Airport assistances, you need to calculate on a 3 hours basis + city/airport shuttle fees.
Train stations/hotels assistances, you need to calculate on a 2 hours basis.
Concerning guided tours of Versailles with a meeting point on-site, you will be invoiced 1 additional hour.
Special dates and particular events, ex : Christmas markets, Lyon Lights Festival, Carnivals…
80€ of fees are paid immediatly (they are not refundable) to start researches for countries not listed onto our grids (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, Benelux, United Kingdom and Ireland).
All quotes sent to the customer and confirmed by him within 48 hours, will entitle him to get a discount of 2% on the total price of the quote excluding fees.
For the discount to be applied, the missions must be carried out at +7 days.
All non-contract and non-deposit customers must provide us with the data of a credit card to confirm a mission, in order to guarantee the payment of extra post mission.
Indeed the invoices being paid in advance on the forecast, the credit card will make it possible to pay the complements related to the missions been modified.
For any exceptional help concerning an ADHOC mission, tickets purchase, a total pre-payment will be ask and management fees of 50€ will be applied. These tickets are non-refundable even in case of cancellation of the mission concerned.
Management fees during opening office time = 50€.
Management fees outside opening office time = 100€.
These fees will be paid immediatly by credit card to start the research and they are not refundable.
We recommend maximum 30/35 persons per guide for a visit of quality. Over 35 people a second guide will be compulsory, or you will have to organise a headset system!
For people with reduced mobility, Akopso cannot be held responsible for a possible difficulty of access in private sites (museums, castles and monuments) as well as in public places. Please inform us of the presence of people with this profile.
Delay of the customer: the supplier remains waiting for the customer during the first hour, if no news from the customer, in connection with the time attached to the reservation. In this case, the visit will be shortened to a time equivalent to the delay or, subject to availability of the guide and with the AKOPSO’s agreement, may be extended as much. The delivery will be then increased proportionally on the basis of the rates in effect, and only if AKOPSO gives the green light to the supplier on site.
Delay of the customer: the group is still waiting for the guide during the first half hour. Subject to the availability of the guide, the visit may be extended to the delay time. In case of disagreement or impossibility, the visit will be shortened equivalent delay time and will give rise to a proportional reduction for the client on the basis of the rates in effect. Beyond half an hour of delay, the group is entitled to cancel the visit and to claim compensation which may not exceed the full price of the visit originally scheduled.
Outside office hours, you can choose the option "SUPPORT AKOPSO 7H-22H", its cost is 50€ per reference (1 mission included) + 5€ per mission.
Our maximum response time after your voice message, or text message, is 30 minutes.
If we do not respond within 30 minutes, we will reimburse you the option "SUPPORT AKOPSO 7H-22H", and the full costs of the missions concerned, as well as a 30% discount on your next equivalent request.
The SUPPORT AKOPSO 7H-22H brings an obligation of means in the hour following our beginning of intervention (30 mins max after your call/message), to try to propose you an alternative solution.
PRE PAYMENT 100% COMPULSORY FOR ALL MISSIONS!
Any customer who has not registered a deposit or who has not signed a contract, must pay the full mission no later than 8 days before the start of it.
If the payment is not received by AKOPSO, AKOPSO reserves the right to cancel the mission.
The deposit is a sum of money paid into AKOPSO's bank account. All missions paid with deposit allows to have the coordinates of the supplier in real time.
The amount paid must be at least 1000€, this deposit does not allow tariff reduction. On the other hand, a deposit of 3000€ allows you to benefit from a discount of 3% until the complete use of this deposit.
It is possible to adjust the deposit during the year when the total amount of missions reaches its maximum.
By wire transfer, by credit card “VISA” or "MASTERCARD" (we will apply bank fees of 2% on the total of the booking for credit card and wire transfer that are outside the EEC).
The signature of a contract can only be done if the customer agrees to make +50K€ of sales per year.
The advantages of the contract are to have a deferred monthly payment and gives the right to have the contact details of the suppliers in real time.
The customer in contract can also make a deposit of 10K€ and benefit from a discount of 5% on the missions (except expenses).
Payment is done upon receipt of invoice by bank transfer only.
The penalties delays are applied since the 31st day after the mission with a rate of interest of 5% every month, of the total amount of the invoice.
On the top of that, a sum compensation for recovery costs of 40€ according to article D. 441 - 5 of the commercial code will de added.
It is imperative to tell AKOPSO about you cancellation by email email@example.com and by phone at the +33 4 69 96 90 50.
All bookings already paid and cancelled over 7 days, will be refunded by a CREDIT NOTE ONLY, valid for a period of 12 months.
Over 7 days : no fees hold.
From 7 to 4 days : 30% of the total of the mission.
3 days and less : 100% of the total of the mission.
REMINDER: The ticketing purchased is due even in case of cancellation of the mission beyond 7 days.
AKOPSO can have the obligation to cancel the booking that you have made because of illness or accident from the supplier, conditions of non security of the customers, or in the case of force majeure (strike of means of transportation, riots, attacks, storms, etc.).
AKOPSO will do what it can to propose you an alternative mission.
In the event of definitive cancellation by AKOPSO and the supplier's NO SHOW scheduled for the mission, no sum will be deducted/cashed, a refund of the mission concerned will be made within 15 days and you will not be able to claim no compensation for injury (unless the customer has subscribed to the telephone option #1, see point 13 of the sales conditions).
Customers who want to change/replace and therefore cancel a supplier the same day of the mission evoking the incompatibility or lack of skills, while the supplier has started its work and therefore moved onto the place, cannot ask a full refund from AKOPSO.
AKOPSO will always retain 50% of the price of the first mission to repay transport costs spent by the supplier and also for the time spent by it.
If AKOPSO finds a real flaw (psychic level of language/disability problem) the mission will be refunded 100%.
The customer who wishes to change a supplier must occur within two hours after the start of the mission to be admissible.
AKOPSO will take into consideration each note and comment that you would like to make us.
Depending the importance of the remark, we will try to give you an answer to your expectation.

The comments must be sent within the 15 days after the mission in order to be considered.
AKOPSO employ at the vacation or contract-out for every mission a supplier who will do the mission for you.
Of course AKOPSO has put years to constituted a file worth it and we’re investing 100% in order to find the supplier adapted to your needs, either online or by our operational office. as we had unfortunate practices, which are to get in contact directly with the supplier after we have issued its coordinates, be aware that this behavior can engender a prosecution of commercial law (Tribunal de Commerce de Chambéry/SAVOIE) you’ll have to pay damages and interest to AKOPSO.
This is a penal clause valued at 50% of the annual volume of case.
