We remind you that our “à la carte” tariff grids are available onto the dashboard in your customer’s area. You just need to choose the prices you are interested in, and click onto the link to get the page open. You can also get a discount onto those prices, and easy payment conditions by signing a contract based on an annual turnover of +50K€ per year (to do so, please contact Joris by email at email@example.com).
1. THE PRICES INCLUDE
Booking of a professional (licensed tour guide, non licensed tour guide, tour leader, assistant, chauffeur guide or a language assistant), for a minimum period of 2 hours… The language chosen, the price excluding VAT, amount of VAT, and the price all taxes included. The ability to modify the mission at no cost 1 time only (possible to change of language, duration, content, start time, and date).
2. THE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
Telephone support outside open office hours (from April to September inclusive, Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6:30 pm, and from October to March inclusive from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5pm). All the extras like transport or lodging… are at your charge, except if stated by us before. We do not take care and/or do not purchase tickets, neither we book a “right to speak” (except exception, cf part 7).
3. TYPES OF SERVICES SOLD
"Licensed Tour Guide" : patented professional leading tours on site, monument or in a museum, in a chosen language, in order to help to discover the attractions of a cultural or natural heritage… “Non Licensed Tour Guide” : non licensed professional that lead external sightseeing tours. “Tour Leader” : professional licensed or not, for coaching technical, linguistic and logistical… over a long period (+4 hours of service, or circuit including a hotel night minimum). “Assistant” : professional licensed or not inserted for the technical, linguistic and logistical framework on short term…(coaching stations, airports, hotels…). “Non Licensed Driver Guide” : professional with his own vehicle, with a transport license, but not licensed. “Licensed Driver Guide” : professional with his own vehicle, with a transport license, as well as the tour guide card.
4. PRICES SUPPLEMENT
NIGHT SHIFT supplement : +50% on the hour rate from 23.30 to 6.30. TAXI supplement from 23.30 to 6.30. DOUBLE LANGUAGE MISSION supplement +50%. DOUBLE TOUR supplement for castle/museum mission +30%. The 1st of May supplement of 100%, the 1st of January supplement of 100%. Travel costs calculated at real, based on a second class of common transport, or by car at 0.5€ per km. Lunch/dinner break for mission from 5H and more, 20€ excluding taxes (+20% of VAT if invoiced in France) if free meal. Service Guide + Biking = +30% on the normal price Minimum of 20% of supplement for any request outside the common or too specific or too technical. Headset system = 3€/pers (+20% of VAT if invoiced in France, compulsory for groups over 35 people). Second modification per mission (change of language, duration, content, starting time, and date) = 20€ per mission (+20% of VAT if invoiced in France).
4.1 EXTRA HOUR(S):
Additional day hour validated on the field by the two parties (client and AKOPSO) Day time (6.31 to 23.29) +20% of VAT if invoiced in France : Common languages (French, English, German, Italian, Spanish): 50€/hour. Rare languages (Cantonese, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Japanese, Polish): 60€/hour. Very rare languages (all others not mentioned above): 70€/hour. Night extras: see point 4.
Airport assistances, you need to calculate on a 3 hours basis + city/airport shuttle fees. Train stations/hotels assistances, you need to calculate on a 2 hours basis. Concerning guided tours of Versailles with a meeting point on-site, you will be invoiced 1 additional hour. Special dates and particular events, ex : Christmas markets, Lyon Lights Festival, Carnivals…
4.3 FEES FOR DEMANDS MADE OUTSIDE OUR LISTED COUNTRIES
Fees for starting research for countries not listed onto our grids (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, Benelux, United Kingdom and Ireland) = 80€ (+20% of VAT if invoiced in France). These fees will be paid immediatly by credit card to start the research. They are not refundable.
5. QUOTATION CONFIRMED FROM THE WEBSITE
All quotes sent to the customer and confirmed by him within 48 hours, will entitle him to get a discount of 2% on the total price of the quote excluding fees. For the discount to be applied, the missions must be carried out at +7 days.
6. CUSTOMERS WITHOUT CONTRACT
Telephone support outside office hours (from April to September inclusive from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6:30 pm, and from October to March inclusive from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm). All non-contract customers will have to provide us with a valid credit card to confirm a service, in order to guarantee the payment of extra post services. Indeed the invoices are paid in advance on forecasts, the credit card will guarantee us to pay the complements related to the missions being modified.
7. TICKETS FEES
For any support on the group reservation, tickets purchase, a total pre-payment will be ask and management fees will be applied (+20% of VAT if invoiced in France). Booking value (tickets and/or reservation) under 150€, 20€ fees. Booking value (tickets and/or reservation) from 151€ up to 300€, 40€ fees. Booking value (tickets and/or reservation) from +301€, 60€ fees.
8. FEES FOR PRIORITY BOOKINGS -3DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
Management fees during opening office time = 50€ (+20% of VAT if invoiced in France). Management fees outside opening office time = 100€ (+20% of VAT if invoiced in France). These fees will be paid immediatly by credit card to start the research. They are not refundable.
9. CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS VISITS
We recommend maximum 30/35 persons per guide for a visit of quality. Over 35 people a second guide will be compulsory, or you will have to organise a headset system! For people with reduced mobility, Akopso cannot be held responsible for a possible difficulty of access in private sites (museums, castles and monuments) as well as in public places. Please inform us of the presence of people with this profile. Delay of the Group: the guide remains waiting for the group during the first hour, if no news from the group, in connection with the time attached to the reservation. In this case, the visit will be shortened to a time equivalent to the delay or, subject to availability of the guide and with the AKOPSO’s agreement, may be extended as much. The delivery will be then increased proportionally on the basis of the rates in effect, and only if AKOPSO gives the green light to the guide on-site. Delay of the guide: the group is still waiting for the guide during the first half hour. Subject to the availability of the guide, the visit may be extended to the delay time. In case of disagreement or impossibility, the visit will be shortened equivalent delay time and will give rise to a proportional reduction for the client on the basis of the rates in effect. Beyond half an hour of delay, the group is entitled to cancel the visit and to claim compensation which may not exceed the full price of the visit originally scheduled.
10. CUSTOMER’S OPTIONS FOR CURRENT MISSIONS "WITHOUT CONTRACT AND EXCLUDING SERIES"
We mean by series a set of 6 identical minimum services under the same reference.
"Free cancellation insurance until D-3" =50€ (+20% of VAT if invoiced in France) of the selling price by reference.
"Extended telephone assistance" = 50€ (+20% of VAT if invoiced in France) of the selling price by reference. Intervention time following a voice message left or text message: maximum 30 minutes. The extended telephone support does not guarantee any result, but we assure you to implement all our means to solve the problem. If no response within 30 minutes of extended phone support, we will refund the full service and a 30% discount on your next equivalent request. Intervention time following a voice message left or sms: maximum 90 minutes.

11. PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT CONTRACT
PRE PAYMENT 100% COMPULSORY FOR ALL MISSIONS! Any customer (without contract) must pay the full payment of the service no later than 8 days before the start of the service. If the payment is not received by AKOPSO, AKOPSO reserves its right to cancel the service. In 2018 the non-contract customer benefits from the discount on annual turnover. Discount calculated on the volume of SALES made from 01/01 to 31/12 (Guidance, Assistances and Accompaniment), Excluding Ticketing and Additional Charges (Turnover all taxes included for customers based in France, and without taxes for the other customers). Four types of discounts: UN PEU = 3% "Turnover from 5000€ to 9999€, entitles you to a 3% DISCOUNT*. BEAUCOUP = 5% "Turnover from 10000€ to 19999€ entitles you to a 5% DISCOUNT*. PASSIONNÉMENT = 7% "Turnover from 20000€ to 39999€ entitles you to a 7% DISCOUNT*. A LA FOLIE = 10% “Turnover of 40000€ and +, entitles you to a 10% DISCOUNT*. DISCOUNT to be claimed on presentation of an invoice between January 1st and January 31st of the following year **
11.1 PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMERS WITH CONTRACT
The first year of collaboration, a customer who wants to be able to pay at the end of the month, and have the contacts of the suppliers following the validation of the office, must sign a contract and have to accpet these two conditions:
Make a deposit of 40% of the estimated turnover.
Readjust the deposit if the amount of the deposit is exceeded during the year. The customer will not benefit one of the four discount at the end of the year, since it benefits of the cash advance for the whole year. At the end of the first year, from 40K€ of turnover, the customer can give up his yearly commercial discount and go “with a contract” to benefit from the advantages of contact of guide and monthly invoice.
12. MEANS OF PAYMENT POSSIBLE
By wire transfer, by credit card “VISA” or "MASTERCARD" (we will apply bank fees of 2% on the total of the booking for credit card and wire transfer that are outside the EEC). By french check only.
13. DELAYS PENALTIES OF PAYMENT FOR CUSTOMERS WITH CONTRACT
The penalties delays are applied since the 31st day after the service with a rate of interest of 5% every month, of the total amount of the invoice. On the top of that, a sum compensation for recovery costs of 40€ according to article D. 441 - 5 of the commercial code will de added.
14. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
It is imperative to tell AKOPSO about you cancellation by email firstname.lastname@example.org and by phone at the +33 4 69 96 90 50. All bookings already paid and cancelled over 7 days, will be refunded by a CREDIT NOTE ONLY, valid for a period of 12 months.
15. CANCELLATION FEES CLIENTS WITHOUT CONTRACT
Over 7 days : no fees hold. From 7 to 4 days : 30% of the total of the booking. 3 days and less : 100% of the total of the booking.
16. NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION FROM THE BEHALF OF AKOPSO
Illness or accident from the supplier, conditions of non security of the customers, or in the case of force majeure (strike of means of transportation, riots, attacks, storms, etc.), AKOPSO can have the obligation to cancel the booking that you have made. AKOPSO will do what it can to propose you an alternative service. In case of definitive cancellation from AKOPSO and a supplier NO SHOW, no amount of money will be deduct/encash, a reimbursement within 15 days will be made but you cannot claim any compensation for the damage done.
17. CLAIM DURING THE MISSION
Customers who want to change (replace) and therefore cancel a guide/tour leader/assistant the same day as the service or circuit evoking the incompatibility or lack of skills, while the professional has started its work and therefor moved onto the place, cannot ask a full refund from AKOPSO. AKOPSO will always retain 50% of the price of the first service to repay transport costs spent by the professional and also for the time spent by it. If AKOPSO finds a real flaw (psychic level of language/disability problem) the service will be refunded 100%. The customer who wishes to change a professional must occur within two hours after the start of the service to be admissible.
18. COMPLAINT/AFTER SALE
AKOPSO will take into consideration each note and comment that you would like to make us. Depending the importance of the remark, we will try to give you an answer to your expectation. For that, please send us by mail your comments at this address : email@example.com. The comments must be sent within the 15 days after the service in order to be considered.
19. RELATIONSHIP OF SUBORDINATION/BUSINESS PROVIDER
AKOPSO employ at the vacation or contract-out for every mission a tour guide, a tour leader and an assistant who will do the mission for you. Of course AKOPSO has put years to constituted a file worth it and we’re investing 100 % in order to find the professional adapted to your needs, either online or by our operational office. as we had unfortunate practices, which are to get in contact directly with the supplier after we have issued its coordinates, be aware that this behavior can engender a prosecution of commercial law (Tribunal de Commerce de Chambéry/SAVOIE) you’ll have to pay damages and interest to AKOPSO. This is a penal clause valued at 50% of the annual volume of case.
