GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

PRICES INCLUDE

Booking of a tour guide, a tour leader or an assistant, for a minimum period of 2 hours... For example a service of 4 hours, booked from 9 am to 1 pm, implies the presence of a professional on site at 9 am exactly. The language chosen. The duty-free price, the VAT (Value added taxes)  amount and the price all taxes included. The travel expenses all taxes included unchangeable and calculated, on the base of the visit chosen. If you book by internet, you will receive after having filled in the form, an e-mail of the confirmation indicating : The title of the service booked, the duration, the name and the professional mobile phone number, and the meeting point with the professional (you will be able to have all these information in your customer area). 
-For any booking of guided tours, one, or several appointment points are planned and mandatory, if you want an appointment to your hotel or other, this is possible but with a supplement.
- For the availability of professionals, tour guides, tour leaders or assistants, you will need in this case, at the moment of the confirmation, freely inform the rendezvous point, part 4 of the booking form and the contents of the visit in part 6 of the form.

THESE PRICES DON'T INCLUDE

All the extras like transport or lodging... are at your charge. We do not charge and/or not purchase ticket (adult, child and school). We don't make any endeavour to book a "right to speak" (except exception and increase).

TYPES OF SERVICES SOLD

Private and Collective Guided Tours for individuals and groups. Visits can be made for tours of museums, monuments, castles, sites and exterior by several means of transport if necessary.
Licensed Tour Guide : patented professional leading tours on site, monument or in a museum, in a language chosen, in order to help to discover the attractions of a cultural or natural heritage...
Non Licensed Tour Guide : professional non licensed that lead external sightseeing tours. 
Tour Leader : professional licensed or not, for coaching technical, linguistic and logistical... over a long period (+ 4 hours of service, or circuit including a hotel night minimum).

Assistant : professional licensed or not inserted for the technical, linguistic and logistical framework on short term...(coaching stations, airports, hotels...).

PRICES SUPPLEMENT

Supplement night tariff : +50% on the hour rate from 23.30 to 6.00
Supplement TAXI from 23.30 to 6.00
Supplement double language service +30%
Supplement castle/museum double tour +50%
The 1st of May supplement of 100%, the 1st of January supplement of 100%
Airport assistances, you need to calculate on a 3 hours basis
Stations/hotels assistances, you need to calculate on a 2 hours basis
Travel costs calculated from the 21st kms of the domicile of the guide/acc/ass, on the basis of 50 cts TTC to€ km or price of a 2nd class ticket, common transport
Concerning guided tours of Versailles appointment on-site, you will be invoiced by 1 additional Hour
Special dates and particular events, ex : Christmas markets, Festival of Lights, Feria, Carnival...
If during the service you plan a lunch/dinner break, the meal of the professional must be supported. Choice, you can add the supplement meals on our site, or set him on the spot.

Bank fees for advance ticket(s) or reservation(s) >100€ = 10€


BOOKINGS AT - 3 DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL

Management fees/files = 30€ all taxes included.
Normally, all our services are available. However, if exceptionally your command encounters an unavailability from the provider, we will contact you immediately (within 24 hours maximum) to make you a counterproposal, concerning a new time or a different provider for the service requested. If it does not meet your wishes, we will proceed to the reimbursement of your purchase if this one has been made by credit card.
 

CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS VISITS

- We recommend maximum 30 persons per guide for a visit of quality. In function of the theme, the date and place we accept to do visits for 35 people. Over 40 people a second guide will be mandatory.
- Delay of the Group: the guide remains waiting for the group during the first hour, if no news from the group, in connection with the time attached to the reservation. In this case, the visit will be shortened to a time equivalent to the delay or, subject to availability of the guide and with the AKOPSO's agreement, may be extended as much. The delivery will be then increased proportionally on the basis of the rates in effect, and only if AKOPSO gives the green light to the guide on-site.
- Delay of the guide: the group is still waiting for the guide during the first half hour. Subject to the availability of the guide, the visit may be extended to the delay time. In case of disagreement, the visit will be shortened equivalent delay time and will give rise to a proportional reduction for the client on the basis of the rates in effect. Only half an hour of delay, the group is entitled to cancel the visit and to claim compensation which may not exceed the full price of the visit originally scheduled.

ENTRY CONDITIONS FOR SITES, MUSEUMS, MONUMENTS AND CASTLES

We do not support ticketing and booking groups (right to speak).  For a exceptional support, a total pre-payment will be ask and an increase of 10% on the overall of the file will be applied.
 

PETS

Pets are not allowed in all the tour visits presented on our site.

POSSIBILITY AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS : PUBLIC

By credit card only (see below the accepted cards) the banking transactions via the CyberPlus Payment of Banque Populaire System :

You have confirmed your reservation with your credit card, the total amount of the transaction will be immediately performed and will be debited 2 days after on you account. In case of cancellation before 7 days, you will be reimbursed at 100 % and in the 7 days the cancellation policy will be faith.


POSSIBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT : PROFESSIONNAL

- By transfer : Client based in France, please send us 50 % of the provision at the latest 72 hours before the beginning of it. If we don't receive 50 % of the payment as indicated above, AKOPSO reserves the right to cancel the service without any compensation.
For client based abroad, please send us y transfer 100% of the service  at least 72 hours before the beginning of it. If we don't receive the totality of the payment as indicated above, AKOPSO reserves the right to cancel the service without any compensation.

- By cheque : Only French cheques are accepted. Client based in FRANCE, please send us 50 % of the service at least 7 hours before the beginning of it, and the 50 % left after the provision in the 30 days. If we don't receive the totality of the payment as indicated above, AKOPSO reserves the right to cancel the service without any compensation. For client based abroad, please send us y transfer 100% of the service  at least 72 hours before the beginning of it. If we don't receive the totality of the payment as indicated above, AKOPSO reserves the right to cancel the service without any compensation.


DELAYS PENALTIES OF PAYMENT : PROFESSIONALS

The penalties delays are applied since the 31st day after the service with a rate of interest of 2% every month, of the total amount of the invoice.

CANCELLATION OPTION

The cancellation option allows you to not pay fees up to the eve of the reserved service. This option corresponds to 12% of the value of the service, included options. To not pay for cancellation fees, we recommend taking the cancellation option for each service of your booking.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY/PROCEDURE

From the client : It is imperative warning immediately AKOPSO about you cancellation by mail resa@akopso.com or by phone at the +33 4 79 85 48 10 indicating the n° of reservation Akopso. Fees retained for the cancellation of a reservation for every service : more than 7 days : no fees, from 7 to 4 days : 25% of the total amount of the reservation, 3 days and less : 100 % of the total amount of the reservation.
From AKOPSO : If because of conditions involving security or in the case of force majeure (strike of means of transportation, riots, attacks, storms, etc.), AKOPSO can have the obligation to cancel the booking that you made. AKOPSO will do what they can to propose you an alternative service. In case of cancellation definitive from AKOPSO, no amount of money will be deduct/encash and you cannot claim any compensation.
 

AMENDMENT ON A RESERVATION

- From the client in the 7 days of the service : language, period, date, content, we will applies management fees individually.
- From AKOPSO : If the circumstances so require, issues of security, cases of force majeure, disease on the part of the professional, AKOPSO reserves the right to replace the Professional by another guaranteeing the same qualities desired in the booking. All this without claims from clients, for compensations.
If the professional is not here for a service which last less than a day, AKOPSO promises you to find a replacement in the hour following or in the extreme case they will reimburse you the service.
 

COMPLAINT - AFTER-SALE

AKOPSO will take into consideration each note and comment that you would like to make us.
Depending the importance of the remark, we will try to give you an answer to your expectation. For that, please send us by mail your comments at this address : resa@akopso.com. The comments must be sent within the 15 days after the service.
 

RELATIONSHIP OF SUBORDINATION - BUSINESS PROVIDER

AKOPSO employ at the vacation or contract-out for every mission a tour guide, a tour leader and an assistant who will do the mission for you. Of course AKOPSO has put years to constituted a file worth it and we're investing 100 % in order to find the professional adapted to your needs, either online or by our operational office. as we had unfortunate practices, which are to get in contact directly with the supplier after we have issued its coordinates, be aware that this behavior can engender a prosecution of commercial law (Tribunal de Commerce de Chambéry) you'll have to pay damages and interest to AKOPSO. This is a penal clause valued at 50% of the annual volume of case.
 

LITIGATION

The litigations relating to the execution or the interpretation of the present will be decided by the courts of the headquarters of AKOPSO (Court of Chambéry, Savoie, France). Only the rules of French law, excluding all foreign texts eventually designated by a rule of conflict of international law, will apply to this contract, at its execution and/or interpretation.


GENERALITIES

AKOPSO is not responsible of the technical difficulties of use and access to the site, and this whatever the origin, any case of force majeure, a third, unscheduled, total or partial service interruption. AKOPSO do not guarantee you any supplementary hour the guide possibly has to do on-site. Indeed the professional may need to make another provision after yours. If you absolutely need someone to realise the complementary hours non scheduled, please let us know so that we can see if we can send you someone. Claims can't be done against AKOPSO, who removes all sense of responsibility, for a discontent in addition to time initially reserved.
