Sales Conditions



RATES INCLUDE

- The booking of a tour guide or an assistant for a minimum of 2 hours and up to one day.

- The complete service for which you have booked a tour guide. This means that a service of 4 hours, reserved from 09:00 to 13:00 for example, implies the presence of the professional on site at 9:00 exactly.

- The language chosen

- The price excluding VAT, the VAT amount and the price All Taxes Included

- Travel costs inclusive of fixed and calculated based on the visit/service chosen.

 

You will receive after completing the booking form, a confirmation email-indicating:

- The title of the reserved service

- The duration

- The name and the mobile number of the chosen professional

- The meeting point to meet the professional assigned (field you must select or inquire freely upon confirmation, Part 4 of the booking form)

- Travel costs inherent and immutable, calculated for the selected visit, allowing the good performance of it

- For visits of 6 hours or more, tour guide lunch or dinner is automatically added (supplement that can be removed from the bill if you manage it, simply let us know in Part 5 of the booking form)

 
THESE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE

- Any transportation ... it is in your own care!

- We do not support and/or do not carry no purchase ticket (adults, children and schools) except for the Mont Saint Michel if you tell us in Part 5 of the booking form.

- We do no attempt to book a "right to speak" (with exceptions and increase).

- All types of extras: travel random, unannounced accommodation...

- Tour Guide Services: They are officially accredited professional who conducts tours in one language, to discover the attractions of a cultural or natural heritage...

- Assistants/Tour leaders services: Professionals accredited or not for technical leadership, language and logistics...

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRIES ON SITES, MUSEUMS, MONUMENTS & CASTLES

We do not take care of and/or do not purchase tickets (adults, school people and children) and we do not undertake any procedure to reserve a right to speak, except in certain cases and with an added fee!


PET

No pets will be accepted during visits presented on our site.



PAYMENT POSSIBILITIES ON THE WEBSITE/CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

- By Credit Card:

All banking transactions are made via the payment system CyberPlus from the Banque Populaire.


Credit cards authorised are : CB.jpg  master_card bis.gif  bleue_visa.gif

You have confirmed your reservation with your credit card. The transaction will be done 5 days after booking and will be charged to your bank account. For cancellations before 7 days, you will be refunded up to 100%, and within 7 days, the cancellation policy shall prevail.

- By Transfer:

You have confirmed your reservation with the wire payment option. If you’re a customer based in France, thank you to send us 50% of the visit cost at least 48 hours before the beginning of it. If we do not receive those 50% payment as indicated above, AKOPSO reserves the right to cancel the service without any compensation. Then, thank you to send us the 50% remaining within 10 days after the service. If you’re a customer based abroad, thank you to send us 100% of the visit cost at least 48 hours before the beginning of it. If we do not receive, the full payment as indicated above, AKOPSO reserves the right to cancel the service without any compensation.

- By Cheque:

You have confirmed your reservation with the cheques payment option. Only French cheques are accepted. If you’re a customer based in France, thank you to send us 50% of the visit cost at least 48 hours before the beginning of it. If we do not receive those 50% payment as indicated above, AKOPSO reserves the right to cancel the service without any compensation. Then, thank you to send us the 50% remaining within 10 days after the service. If you’re a customer based abroad, thank you to send us 100% of the visit cost at least 48 hours before the beginning of it. If we do not receive, the full payment as indicated above, AKOPSO reserves the right to cancel the service without any compensation.



POLICY/PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLATION

- From the customer: It is imperative to immediately notify AKOPSO of your cancellation by email at resa@akopso.com or by phone at +33 (0)689 080 934 / +33 (0)674 765 447.
Cancellation fees will be applied if done:
- More than 7 days: no charge
- 7 to 3 days: 25% of the total reservation
- 2 days or less: 100% of the total reservation
- From AKOPSO: If as a result of conditions involving safety or in cases of force majeure (strike of transport, riots, attack, storms.) AKOPSO could be put in a situation where we would be in the obligation of cancelling the booking. AKOPSO will seek in most cases to offer a visit of replacement. In case of definitive cancellation from AKOPSO, no amount will be deducted/collected and you will not be entitled to any compensation.

 

MODIFICATION ON A RESERVATION

- From the client before 7 days of the service:
In the case of a report on another date by keeping the same service, no fee will be charged.
In the case of a change with reduction of its value on the same date of departure or to another date, the fee of 10€ will be applied.
 - From the customer within 7 days of the service:
Any changes in the 7 days duration, title, language, an application fee of 25€ will be applied.
 - On behalf of AKOPSO:
If circumstances dictate (security issues, force majeure, illness from the professional), AKOPSO reserves the right to replace the professional by another guaranteeing the same qualities you want when booking. This without that customer can claim any compensation. If it happened that the professional does not show for a one day service length maximum, AKOPSO is committed to find a replacement in the next hour or in extreme case will pay you back entirely.



COMPLAINTS/CUSTOMER SERVICE

AKOPSO will take into account every comment and commentary that you want us to do. Depending on the importance of the remark, we will try to give you an answer up to your expectations. To do this, thank you to email your comments to the following address: resa@akopso.com. The comments should be sent to us within 15 days after the end of the service.


DISPUTES

Disputes concerning the implementation or interpretation of these will be sliced, failing agreement, by the courts of the AKOPSO's headquarters (Tribunal de Chambery, Savoie, France). Only French law, to the exclusion of all foreign texts may be designated by a conflict rule of international law will apply to this contract, its performance and/or its interpretation.



GENERAL

All tour guides working with the company "AKOPSO" via the site www.akopso.com are graduated and hold an official accreditation issued by the prefecture of the department, which we own a copy. AKOPSO cannot be held liable towards third parties in case of false declaration and issuing a card or document is not valid from a professional on the website. AKOPSO will be not on any case be liable for any damages and/or intangible, direct or indirect of any nature whatsoever arising from use of the site. AKOPSO is not responsible for technical difficulties in operation and access to the site, and this whatever the origin of any event of force majeure, is third, foresight, service interruption or total part. We do not guarantee any additional time to do on the spot by the professional, after the visit initially reserved. Indeed, the professional may have to make another visit following yours. If you absolutely need a person to perform the additional hours, thank you to let us know at your best in order for us to see if we can send you someone. The company "AKOPSO" will not be liable for non-availability of an employee. Claims cannot be done against AKOPSO, to be totally disengaged from any liability, about discontent in addition to the time originally booked.
